Unfortunately we are very disappointed/unhappy with this store.
we purchase an high cost flooring from them. waited for a schedule to install it, for a long time,and never got it.
Finally we had to find another installer to do the job.
This was a professional good installer that did not want to use the glue from Floor Country Canada that sold to us for that floor.
We tried to return the glue to the store and they refused to take it back. We were not informed that glue is not returnable. If we knew it, we will not buy it right away together with the floor.
This is a loss of around $500.00 dollars.We have no use for that glue.
Furthermore, we were told that our floor will not have warranty because we did not use the glue they sold for that floor. We bought an engineered hard wood floors which can be installed with glue or nail it, our floor installer decided to nail them.
We will not buy anything from this store anymore.

This is my response to the owner’s reply on my first review (above) since I cannot reply directly to the owner’s message:

Just to remind you that I was with my husband when we paid the flooring. What I heard from you was, the flooring is final sale, once it arrived we can no longer return them, which we understood. However, we were not aware about the glue.
About your saying that your staff went above and beyond to find the flooring that we need. What is your definition of above and beyond? We went to your store, showed you our sample then you presented us some samples that will match our floor, then we chose the closest match, ordered and paid it. You sell floorings, isn’t it your job to find the flooring that we need? Did we force you to take our business?
We had so much stress on our project and I know that it’s none of your business and losing another $500 is pretty disappointing. Judging my character because of the one star review is actually showing more of your character on how you treat your unsatisfied customer. Now, you actually deserve a zero star!

Good service and advice. Very helpful.
We made the purchase..

Coming home our new kitchen, hallway and bathroom floors was a surprise of great pleasure. All was completed on time within the project schedule. All the challenges of our older home were overcome.

From color and style choices to installation options, Evon assisted us through the gauntlet to practical, thrifty and perfect gorgeous flooring solutions.

If anyone needs new floor work or recovering of stairs we highly recommend Floor Country Canada. We cannot give them enough credit for such an excellent job.

During our house build project our carpenter recommended Evon and Ella at Floor Country. They are both so helpful and were an excellent resource when sourcing products for our floors. Evon's help deciding on design features was so appreciated, as the choices can be overwhelming at times. We also loved the counters that we purchased through them as well. The installers were amazing and everything looks so good! I would highly recommend Floor Country as the whole team is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
